Building Your Competitive Advantage with the Canada Job Grant Program

Jul 22, 2016
Continued staff development is essential to help organizations maximize workforce potential in increasing productivity and quality of work.  However time and financial resources are often cited as barriers to additional employee training. Budgets are tight and deadlines are looming.

A great way for organizations to stretch their training investment dollars is the Canada Job Grant program.  The Canada Job Grant is a federal-provincial initiative that provides direct financial support to employers of all sizes to provide professional development for their employees.
  • The program covers two-thirds of training costs for a maximum government contribution of$10,000.00 per participant including tuition and training materials.
  • Employers are responsible for contributing the remaining one-third.
  • The program requires the training to be delivered by an eligible, third-party trainer
It’s a great way to invest in your workforce and save.

Want to save on time?  Opt for in-house training in the comfort of your own office.  This is an extremely cost effective way of training as you save on travel costs and time out of the office. You select the dates that suit you. Course content can also be customized and aligned to your organizational goals.
