If you are reading this article, there is a good chance that you’ve also decided to stay ahead of the pack and invest in your career by earning a real estate designation - but where do you start?

Find Your Best Fit
REIC offers industry-leading designations in multiple areas of the real estate industry, so its important to decide where you want to specialize. If you are licensed in real estate sales, the Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) designation is a great way to enhance your profile and marketability. In property management, we offer the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) programs. You can view the full list of designation offerings on our website, but if you are experiencing any issues - a member of our team will be happy to help.

Becoming a Member
REIC Members are individuals who currently maintain or are working towards earning a designation. The first step to becoming a Candidate Member is selecting a designation program, or contacting REIC to learn which program will best suit your career goals and experience level. Our Membership team will walk you through program benefits and requirements as well as the annual dues structure. Your membership distinguishes you a real estate professional who has achieved the highest standards of experience and education, and who has made a solid commitment to business ethics.
